I have enjoyed the constructively working together with Richard in his role as HRM Director EME for our AST sterilization companies. Richard’s hands-on and pragmatic leadership style has been helpful and effective to implement and harmonize new HRM practices in our region. Same time he encourages the local site leaders to take ownership for HR practices and employee engagement.
