My Story

My Story

I am a fully CIPD qualified HR professional who has over 30 years experience in HR working at both operational and strategic levels in addition to an additional 10 years of operational management experience prior to moving into HR. Plus I am also a part qualified accountant meaning that I provide pragmatic and commercially viable solutions to all people related issues. I love helping people through the use of my problem solving skills and detailed working and professional experience to maximise the efficiency of their roles and businesses. I also love meeting and interacting with a wide range of people and businesses and hopefully add to their business knowledge as part of the solutions I provide to them. As a result I operate my own consultancy business to use my experience and knowledge to support a range of businesses to assist them to maximise their performance through the performance of their people and minimising claims against those businesses. I am therefore fortunate that my “job” is also my passion.
