Any complaint from an employee must be taken very seriously and handled in a timely, fair and appropriate manner, especially if raised as an official grievance and/or is a complaint around harrassment or bullying or is in effect a whistle blowing complaint. No two cases are exactly the same and therefore a varied and flexible approach to such issues will always be required.
