Many businesses will find themselves bidding for contracts which will require them having to submit detailed written bids that not only cover the services to be provided and the costs but will require you to describe fully how you will approach the people issues associated with any outsourcing of work especially in relation to any TUPE (Transfer of Undertakings, Protection of Employment regulations) implications.
