Employee Attitudes will have an important effect on the success or otherwise of your business and therefore must always be at the forefront of your business planning. Therefore it is important to be able to measure overall views and feelings of your staff, suggest reasonable amendments to working practices/benefits etc to improve staff moral and attitudes, and unfortunately where individuals do not demonstrate appropriate attitudes to have a mechanism to correct and improve those attitudes.
